Travel required as needed, both locally and overnight up to 75% dependent on customer needs and visits to site/customers by car in assigned area. May assist out of area as needed which may require traveling by plane.
Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers to review maintenance and service opportunities
Develop knowledge of roofing system specs from our major manufacturers and product lines available. Remain current on the latest requirements and on industry technology and market trends.
Calculate square footages and geometrical properties of buildings to produce an accurate estimate of material costs. Calculate estimates for service projects.
