Updates and ensures all authorizations and on-hand quantities for Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Common Table of Allowances (CTA), and other authorizations are correct. Keeps Type Authorization Codes (TACs) and Property Book Identification Codes (PBICs) current for all equipment within assigned units/activities.
Provide guidance, supervision, and coordinate the activities of Supply Technicians and General Clerks in the operation and management of property book accounts.
Research and analyze problems to determine if problems are human error or systemic.
Develops and maintains asset visibility, property accounting and data call reports.
Performs customer support functions, those processes used to support the total requirement of customers to gain logistics support in both combat and peacetime situations.
Assists the IPBO Supervisor in overseeing and managing government furnished property in PIEE for all contractor fiduciary accounts.
Enforces safety, breaks, lunches and works with the supervisor to implement organizational changes.
Work is generally conducted in an office environment. However, duties may involve the conduct of work in the out-of-doors area with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions.
Analyzes equipment on Table of Distribution (TDA) by generating reports, analysis, coordinating changes using GCSS-Army, FMSWeb, AESIP and spreadsheet applications.
Conducts training of employees. Perform employee counseling and evaluations in coordination with the supervisor.
Lead/coordinate the daily activities within the CIPBO team to include receipt, issue, records management, hand receipt transactions, requisitioning, and associated property book actions necessary to support the CIPBO under contractual requirements.

Supervisory experience/training highly desired.
Work will require lifting up to 25 lbs; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing; prolonged sitting.
A High School graduate or equivalent with good oral and written communications skills. Military or equivalent civilian training in the Army Property Management Systems is necessary.
A minimum of three years’ experience is required in leadership, following policies and procedures, timecards, counseling etc.
Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a CAC. Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.
Two years’ experience in logistics, automation or supply management or a combination thereof is required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to go above and beyond to meet customer requirements.
Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations, and published Company work rules. Steel toe boots/shoes are required in the warehouse.
a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines and (d) experience using GCSS-Army SAP.
Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.
Must possess and continuously maintain a current State of Colorado Driver’s License prior to start date or by 30 days after employment.
Material Handling Equipment, i.e., Forklift trucks, electric and gasoline, up to 10K LB capacity. PC’s, printers, fax machine, copier.
