Finance Manager (Terra Schwartz) - Canberra

Description

• Assist the Project Leaders with financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• You will assist in monitoring accounts receivable invoices and ensure the timely collection of debtors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Help set up new projects and maintain project files and contract databases. You will manage project financial reconciliations and assist with updating forecasts for our projects
• You will produce accurate and timely management reports related to projects, providing essential financial information to the Project Leaders.
• Become accredited with associations and participate in external committees

Requirements

• Ability to approach all tasks with professionalism and a proactive mindset and show initiative in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• 2 to 5 years of experience
• Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft suite including Excel
• Must hold and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance.
