The position provides flexible working within a 9 am‑5 pm Monday‑Friday pattern, and the employer will cover an Enhanced DBS check.
Employees enjoy 34 days of pro‑rated leave (including bank holidays and a “me day”), paid volunteering time, matching pension contributions of up to 7% plus life assurance, and a health cash plan that can save up to £1,140 annually for dental, optical and therapy costs. Additional perks include a career development pathway, training package, supermarket discounts, and reimbursed travel expenses.
