Based in Vancouver, the Portfolio Accountant reports to the Manager of Investment Management and joins the Portfolio Accounting Team. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to organize, prioritize and manage time in a fast‑paced setting, and provides essential financial accounting and administrative support to the investment management function.
- Enrolled in CPA program with 2+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication and partnership abilities at all business levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint; Yardi Voyager experience is an asset.
