They will take ownership of leading initiatives in demand and supply planning while driving process improvements. The individual will develop and deploy standardized SIOP processes and models that become benchmark solutions, enabling better Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across Finance, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Planning, and internal customers.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing standardized SIOP processes and tools, analyzing historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand plans, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics to develop supply plans, and facilitating the monthly SIOP meetings with data collection and performance tracking. The role also involves advanced data analysis, preparing reports and dashboards, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and continuously improving planning efficiency. Collaboration with sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and logistics teams ensures seamless execution, while handling queries, escalations, trainings, and contributing to quality initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, preferably a master's in Business Management or Statistics, and possesses 7 to 10 years of supply‑chain experience, including at least 5 years focused on SIOP/S&OP and inventory management.
Technical expertise required includes advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficiency with forecasting tools such as Demantra, Forecast Pro, Demand Solutions, and Kinaxis, and hands‑on experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle, SAP, or Mfg. Pro). Familiarity with analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau, MS Access, SQL, and R/Python is also needed.
The individual should exhibit a strong customer focus, accountability, a collaborative work style, and a drive for results, with willingness to extend the scope of work when necessary.
