Conduct comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations of wastewater facilities to identify cost savings and efficiency gains.

Analyze operational and performance data from wastewater treatment plants across the region to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to enhance plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on plant performance, cost savings initiatives, and optimization recommendations.

Experience with advanced water treatment processes for potable and non-potable reuse applications.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
Advanced Water Treatment (AWT) License in Arizona or California Preferred.
Experience with membrane fouling mitigation, cleaning protocols, and lifecycle management.
Strong background in process optimization and performance analysis of membrane-based treatment systems.
Wastewater Operations License in California Preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for water reuse projects and membrane system compliance.
Proven track record in membrane system design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Technical expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring of membrane treatment facilities.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in wastewater treatment operations, with specific focus on water reuse systems and applications.
Extensive hands-on experience with membrane technologies including MBR (Membrane Bioreactors), RO (Reverse Osmosis), UF (Ultrafiltration), and MF (Microfiltration) systems.
