Harmoniously collaborates with remote technical support teams, spare parts, and key account managers to identify best solutions, create maintenance plans, identify spare parts suggestions, and more.
On site advocate for ABB E-mobility Services; striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in all transactions and relationships.
Commission, configure, maintain, and repair complex EV charging equipment.
Creates technical documentation for learning library and completes support paperwork and reports in a timely fashion.
Travels approximately 80% of each month to customer locations; including regular overnight stays depending on site location.

Track record of working autonomously, meeting deadlines, and triaging competing priorities
Associate’s degree or military experience and 3+ years in Field Service OR High School Diploma with 5+ years in Field Service.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US – This position is not authorized for sponsorship or relocation.
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environment, learning new ways of working, and technical proficiency in electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of the EV charging industry is a plus.
