- Act as Programming Team Lead on projects as required or necessary
- Troubleshoot and correct BMS integration issues alongside Field Technicians
- Mentor Junior Programmers
- Breakdown scope of work into manageable segments and coordinate with Project Manager for scheduling
- Integrate to third party equipment through BACnet and/or Modbus protocol
- Support a performance-based culture, both team and individual, to assure continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives
- Follow sequence of operations as required by project documents according to company standards
- Develop and create system graphics.
- Support quality and safety standards, specifications and policies, and collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies

- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Prior experience supporting construction and field employee groups, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred, however, an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- Familiarity with building controls hardware and network architecture and mechanical HVAC equipment is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- 5 or more years relevant work experience in the field or relate area that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for the job
