Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Monitor and control project costs, variations, and cash flow.
• Manage all of the commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS staff where required.
• Conduct site visits to validate progress and support contract administration.
• Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure commercial compliance.

Requirements

• Experience working with main contractors or developers.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
• Relevant professional qualification
• 5+ years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on residential projects.
