Registered, and in good standing, as a P.Eng. with APEGS.
Excellent written communication skills.
Automation field experience.
Experienced in the preparation of proposals, project plans, and estimates.
Experienced in the design of medium and low voltage electrical systems, automation systems, metering, primary and secondary switchgear, motor control centres, instrumentation, low voltage electrical distributions systems, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.
5-15 years of relevant experience gained in a professional engineering workplace setting.
Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license.
Experienced in conducting field inspections and/or working with contractors.
Willingness and ability to travel within Western Canada as required.
Project Management Experience an asset.
Highly self-motivated.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or an associated discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution.
