  • Supervise and manage DoD virtual training projects from conception to culmination, ensuring alignment with established objectives, schedules, and budgetary constraints.
  • Recognize and address potential risks or challenges, devising preemptive solutions.
  • Guarantee strict adherence to all DoD and relevant simulation/training regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to other team members, promoting an atmosphere of perpetual learning and growth.
  • Contribute to capture efforts to ensure pursuits are both awardable and executable.

  • In-depth understanding of the intricacies, technologies, and best practices of modern simulation and training systems.
  • Proficiency developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project.
  • Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DOD regulations, guidelines, and procurement processes related to training and simulation.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management with a specific focus on simulation and training programs, preferably in the domains of maintenance or aircrew training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication proficiencies, capable of effective interactions with diverse levels of government and military personnel.
