  • Assisting engineers and designers in start to finish civil, structural, and environmental projects.
  • Including but not limited to preparation of layouts, details, calculations, and bidding documents.
  • Assisting manager level employees with high level management tasks, including gathering updates from team members.
  • Preparation of drawings and calculations to assist in the process from concept to final design.
  • Attending project team meetings and meetings with the assigned mentor.
  • Attending TRC STEP program meetings and educational seminars.
  • Reaching out to assist team members on projects and using any spare time to benefit from training modules for both software and calculations.

  • Willing to be a problem solver and overcome issues along the way.
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Basic experience of the engineering world and process.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a project team with demonstrated oral communication, professional judgement and team building skills.
