10+ years

MAI or AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute (AI) or possess equivalent experience of at least 5-years in appraising and/or reviewing similar commercial real estate assignments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must have property type and geographic competency for a given assignment.
MAI designation
Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
Possess time management skills to complete internal reviews in a timely manner.
Have a thorough understanding of USPAP and the AI Code of Professional Ethics.
Understanding discounted cash flow analysis & Argus
Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise.
Familiarity with client requirements & nuances (eg CMBS)
10+ years of related work experience.
Understanding of approaches to value and nuances associated with each approach
