  • Expert knowledge of workplace Health and Safety requirements in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment with Lean Six Sigma training preferred
  • Demonstrate established experience in motivating and leading teams with proven conflict resolution and performance management skills
  • Leadership qualification, trade certificate, or relevant qualification preferred
  • You hold a valid New Zealand work permit or visa, allowing you to work legally in the role
  • Proven ability in scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet customer demand
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems like SAP with strong data analysis and KPI reporting capabilities
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • You are highly skilled in leadership and team management with strong supervisory and coaching abilities
