The Marketing Manager will create and manage graphic design projects, digital content, social media calendars, and e‑commerce listings while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. They will also conduct market research, oversee video production, coordinate webinars and events, and analyze performance data to refine strategies.

- Prepare materials for conferences, trade shows, recruitment fairs, and webinars.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Manage e‑commerce platforms, optimizing product listings for SEO and user experience.
- Create content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and monitor expenses.
- Analyze data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager for our British Columbia or Ontario office. The role will lead and support marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling marketing assets.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in graphic design, communications, or digital advertising and has at least five years of marketing experience with a strong design focus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot, video editing tools and SEO best practices is required, along with excellent research, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in graphic design, communications, email marketing, or digital advertising.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on graphic design and digital channels.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
- Experience with video creation and editing tools.
- Experience with HubSpot email management software.
- Experience with WordPress website management.
- Familiarity with Google My Business, online search engines, and Google Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- HTML knowledge is a plus for website tasks.
- Excellent research and data analysis skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
