- Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings
- Report to the Manager – Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis
- Contribute to the successful execution of other research and marketing initiatives as needed
- Support the consulting team in preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals

- Strong analytical background with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous technical background in market research / financial analysis etc.
- 2 – 3 years’ professional experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and modelling
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry
- Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas
- Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working
- Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Real Estate / Finance
- Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
- Market research may require travel within the region subject to visa issues in order to conduct field research
- Good report writing skills in MS Word
- Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations
- Ability to coordinate tasks in accordance with priorities
- Experience of having worked across industrial advisory studies covering feasibility / development strategy for industrial parks, economic / industrial corridors, Special Economic Zones / Free Zones, Airport / Port led industrial zones, High-tech industrial / innovation & R&D clusters, etc.
