Lead Site Manager Offshore - New York City

Description

• Meet contractual conditions of performance by reviewing the work progress daily.
• Oversee all construction daily activities to monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Evaluate, handle, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Plan and schedule resources in line with Project Programs.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirements

• Capacity to contribute meaningfully, whether alone or in collaboration with others.
• Leadership and human resource management skills that empower and motivate the team around you.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor, ideally offshore, during either the construction or operation and maintenance phase.
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited institution
• Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to obtain and hold GWO and country specific Construction Medical check certification.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, models and methods as well as process safety standards and local legislation.
• Expected travel: 100% in a 3 week rotation pattern.
• Experienced in conflict and crisis management, while also being able to stay professional in time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to identify and utilize team members skills, knowledge, and experience
• Solid time and project management skills.
• You demonstrate notable analytical proficiency and adeptly balance multiple responsibilities while prioritizing your workload.
