Change light bulbs and ceiling tiles, clear clogs, test emergency light fixtures monthly, and complete weekly checks of vacant suites.
Maintain and water floor drains and traps in restrooms and kitchens on a weekly basis.
Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance as assigned.
Quickly respond to emergency calls, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
