This position supports all markets and requires frequent site visits.
Develop, maintain, automate and optimize construction schedules using integrated platforms (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore) and AI-driven scheduling tools to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
Ensure schedule consistency and alignment across multiple projects, supporting timely reporting and decision-making.
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, field staff, and estimators to collect accurate project data and align schedules with objectives.
Automate schedule updates, resource leveling and productivity tracking where possible to reduce manual work with the ultimate goal of enabling our field teams to focus on execution rather than administration.
Identify risks, critical path activities, and potential delays; propose mitigation strategies and generate scenario-based forecasts.

Experience supporting bid schedules and RFP submissions.
Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.
Strong understanding of CPM, sequencing, and construction methodologies.
