10+ years of relevant experience in service businesses (field service, repair operations, customer technical support) or equivalent, with a proven history of developing and commercializing training offerings to industrial customers.

Demonstrates professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, from leadership teams to shop floor personnel and external clients.
Strategic problem solver to translate business goals into actionable training initiatives.
