  • Lead contract administration, procurement (JCT), and health & safety (including asbestos and risk management)
  • Build strong partnerships with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes
  • Manage a shared budget of £10 million across diverse remits including insurance, disrepair, structural, and investment works
  • Provide strategic updates on financials, delivery, H&S, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the full life cycle of capital works projects—from detailed surveys and specifications to tendering and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Decent Homes Standard, CDM 2015 regulations, and carbon reduction targets

  • Full UK driving licence required and to vehicle
  • Good quality accurate reporting
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, CDM2015, NHF SOR, and QS principles
  • HND or Degree in Building Construction/Surveying
  • Commercially astute with excellent analytical, planning, and leadership skills
  • Report writing skills with a good and a good understanding of procurement processes and procedures in a regulated environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large-scale property capital works
  • H&S performance in the upper quartile
  • Professional Surveying Qualification (MCIOB, AssocRICS) and/or equivalent experience
