12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and governance roles
Proven experience in KSA or GCC large-scale projects
Knowledge of KSA regulatory environment and codes for multiple design typologies
Professional registration with an internationally recognized body preferred
Understanding of consultant engagement strategies and procurement processes
Strong ability to collaborate and deliver within a complex organization
Property Development qualifications or certifications are an advantage
Experience in KSA or GCC large-scale projects is essential
Ability to leverage technology for process optimization
Ability to solve problems using innovative and lateral thinking
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experienced professional in design and development across multiple sectors
Ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations and foster collaboration
Familiarity with design management procedures and guidelines from large-scale projects
Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Design, Project Management, or related design field (supported by relevant experience).
Proficient in MS Office suite; advanced Excel and Power BI preferred
Proactive and solution-oriented with strong sense of ownership
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience tracking project progress and compliance with KPIs
Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities
