Oversee and review drawings, submittals, RFI's etc., create Procore reports based on progress
Manage and oversee quality of work for 4-6 subcontractors, manage quality documentation
Assess and monitor the sequence of critical path activities.
Evaluate and prepare recommendations regarding the sequence of construction activities and means and methods of construction when working in a railroad environment.
Ensure that work is performed to DOB and OSHA safety practices.
Ensure that inspection, testing, and acceptance requirements are properly executed.
Management of the scope, quality, safety, and schedule of work.
Assist in the preparation of project management plans, project plans, and quality plans.
Interface with various units within the DOB, external agencies, and third-party utilities.

Expertise and prior experience with assisting in bringing matters to a prompt resolution as they pertain to standard engineering and construction practices.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations and industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA.)
Experience with construction elements of similar projects and rehabilitation work, including overseeing concrete and asphalt work.
Proficient in the use of personal computers and office software, such as Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 7 years experience managing the design and construction of major projects.
Experience in managing work scope, budgets, and schedules.
Strong technical/specialist and project coordination skills.
