The On-site Manager oversees daily operations of a multi‑family property, ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant housing laws while meeting budgeted financial and operational goals.
Key leasing duties include serving as the primary contact for prospective and current residents, maintaining high occupancy, handling rent collection, responding to service requests, and coordinating resident communications and events.
Broader management responsibilities involve budgeting input, revenue optimization, lease enforcement, market analysis, property inspections, owner relations, and developing programs that enhance the resident experience.
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills, have at least two years of property management experience, be proficient with property management software such as Appfolio, and demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
The role requires physical stamina for regular sitting, standing, walking, and occasional climbing, as well as flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a part‑time, on‑site schedule.
Compensation includes an hourly wage paid bi‑monthly, eligibility for an annual performance bonus, a 401(k) plan with matching, and a one‑third rent discount on an on‑site apartment.
