Act as a key point of contact for finance-related inquiries during project development, ensuring transparency and effective communication

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting
Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
Proven experience with finance readiness for greenfield or pre-opening projects
12+ years of finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in operational finance roles within theme parks, hospitality, and/or large-scale guest-facing environments
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, startup-like environment
