As a member of a growing team, you will support the preparation of tenders and proposals, assist with technical reporting, and provide advice to clients and colleagues. The role combines office‑based work with field activities, and you will be mentored by senior consultants to develop detailed knowledge of the construction materials industry and problem‑solving techniques.
Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Geology, possess strong written and spoken English communication skills, and demonstrate initiative, independence and teamwork. You should be able to analyse situations, develop solutions, and show a positive, development‑focused attitude. Experience with the consulting sector, quarry and construction materials, or AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting is an advantage.
