Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet and bank accounts.
Drive special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the Director of Accounting.
Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review month-end journal entries and oversee staff accountant close activities.
Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from various systems to support decision-making.
Lead critical accounting processes across the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to lead key accounting processes and support the month-end close cycle. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, while also contributing to the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ensure timely and accurate reporting through strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations
Proven ability to lead people and processes, including providing performance feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience; leadership experience preferred.
