Lease Compliance Coordinator

Description

• Process commission invoices and maintain accurate records of Listing Agreements and Commission Agreements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and lease documentation standards.
• Manage and update leasing records in multiple systems, including spreadsheets and project management tools like Monday.com.
• Maintain and update Salesforce for lease deals and space information pages.
• Save, manage, and communicate lease documentation internally and externally, including mailing required documents.
• Draft and process lease documents, including Estoppels, SNDAs, and Commencement Agreements.
• Support special projects, including Commencement Agreement/Amendment reports and square footage audits.
• Provide tenant banking information, complete tenant-specific forms related to banking setup, and request W-9s as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lease administration or property management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate contracts.
