- Lead safety briefings and toolbox talk prior to every lifting operation.
- Ensure all lifting equipment is certified and fit for use, coordinate with inspection teams.
- Prepare and review Lifting Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for all offshore lifting activities.
- Plan, supervise, and execute lifting operations in compliance with international standards (LOLER, API RP 2D, BS 7121).
- Provide technical guidance on selection of lifting gear, rigging configurations, and crane capacities.
- Maintain documentation and logs for audits, incidents, and daily activities.
- Manage and train riggers, crane operators, and lifting crew members offshore.
- Interface with project, construction, and HSE teams to ensure safe execution during shutdowns, installations, or decommissioning campaigns.

- Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Strong safety and HSE mindset
- Lifting Supervisor / LOLER Appointed Person Certification
- H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height (as required)
- OPITO BOSIET / FOET (valid offshore survival certification)
- Rigging & Slinging (Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18+ Years of experience in the Oil&Gas industry
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- NEBOSH / IOSH (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
