Ensure vehicles and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and presented to company standards.
Represent Quest Waste Management professionally on client sites, maintaining high standards of customer service and site conduct.
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to coordinate routes and schedules efficiently.
Carry out tank cleaning and decontamination work as required in line with operational procedures.
Operate DISAB tankers for the safe collection, transportation, and disposal of liquid waste, sludge, and other materials.
Safely load and unload materials using appropriate hoses, fittings, and pumping systems.
Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, disposal notes, and waste transfer documentation.
Adhere strictly to environmental, and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Carry out both local and nationwide deliveries and collections, ensuring adherence to driving hours, route plans, and client schedules.
Support team members and assist with training and mentoring when required.
Report any incidents, defects, or near misses promptly to management.
Complete pre-use inspections and routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance.

Keen interest in drainage, waste management, or related utilities sectors.
Practical, hands-on attitude with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Driver CPC (required).
Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain).
Basic IT skills and a positive approach to learning new systems and processes.
