What you would be doing

- Assist the Regional Manager with the commercial aspects of work, including estimating;
- Provide support to regional manager as required
- Liaising with both clients and subcontractors in relation to ongoing projects.
- Supervision and mentoring of Senior Engineers, En gineers and Graduate Engineers;
- Preparation and approval of H&S documentation;
- Preparation of Factual Reports, GIR Interpretative Reports and PIR Desk Studies;
- Overseeing the logging of soil and rock to BS5930 / Eurocode 7, including QC of logs for issue to Clients;
- Preparation of geotechnical and geoenvironmental laboratory schedules;
- Project Management of ground investigations;

- Good experience of soil and rock logging;
- Good communication skills;
- Commercially and contractually aware;
- Willing to work on site on occasion;
- At least a geology / earth sciences / civils degree;
- Good report writing experience;
- A full UK driving licence;
