Manages multiple projects simultaneously by effectively providing technical guidance and managing field personnel.
Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements and change orders to ensure profitability.
Provide support for the Operations team by determining production schedules.
Communicates material, equipment and personnel needs to management in a timely manner.
Coordinates with subcontractors and vendors.
Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure projects are on budget.

Minimum 5 years of construction leadership experience.
Experience with Irrigation Systems and plant landscape materials.
Hardscape, landscape lighting, minor electrical and minor plumbing experience a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines.
Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
