Check accurate reporting into and utilization of MORS and QSYS database and other electronic workflow status spreadsheets. Provision of data in support of the monthly reporting process in conjunction with the Site Manager.
Raising, scheduling and allocation of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with Siemens Gamesa field staff and customer personnel via Enterprise-Resource-Planning System; create daily/weekly work plans for site teams as required.
Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities; create daily weekly plans for site teams as required in conjunction with Senior Technician. Report service schedule progress to Site Manager and Customer.
Check on progress with field personal daily, get status about work scope to plan for next day. Coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.
Monitor weather and co-ordination transport. Planning for workload including port operation and control of documentation relevant to planning.
Maintain service and minor retrofits schedule tracking for management information. Basic financial administration, raising of purchase requisitions, request setting up of new vendors.
