Financials & Reporting duties involve managing rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, and security deposits, following company policies for delinquent accounts and legal actions, reviewing financial performance, preparing weekly and monthly reports, tracking budget variances, and supporting reforecasting when needed.
Marketing & Outreach tasks include promoting the property online and locally to maintain occupancy, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, helping develop resident events, engaging the community on social media, and representing the property and brand in a polished, professional manner.
Team & Operations Support requires partnering with maintenance and leasing to ensure smooth daily operations, monitoring service requests for timely completion, enforcing community rules and building standards, and supporting special projects and regional initiatives as needed.
