Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour mensuelle des bases de données liées aux KPI SST.
Compléter et maintenir à jour tous les rapports d’incident, enquêtes et documents requis.
Appuyer les gestionnaires dans le suivi disciplinaire, les communications RH et les initiatives d’amélioration du climat de travail.
Participer au processus de recrutement : affichages, tri des candidatures, entrevues et sélection des candidats.
Participer aux réunions SST afin de soutenir, former et développer les équipes vis-à-vis des initiatives de prévention.
Soutenir l’équipe SST lors des enquêtes d’incidents (accidents, quasi-accidents, blessures, etc.).
Coordonner l’intégration et l’accueil des nouveaux employés (onboarding).
Offrir un soutien RH de première ligne aux employés de Lévis concernant les programmes internes, avantages sociaux et politiques de GFL.
Coordonner, mettre en place et assurer la mise à jour des programmes et politiques SST.
Planifier et organiser l’ensemble des formations obligatoires et réglementaires pour les employés de la division.

Bonne condition physique pour des visites occasionnelles en milieu industriel.
Excellente organisation, rigueur administrative et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
Capacité à communiquer en anglais (un atout important).
Expérience en ressources humaines, formation, recrutement ou soutien administratif RH.
Salaire concurrentiel;
Horaire temps plein – 40 h/semaine;
Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) obligatoire.
Bonnes connaissances informatiques (Excel, Word, outils de recherche et logiciels internes).
Expérience en environnement industriel ou nettoyage industriel.
