Duties include cleaning offices, apartments, and public areas; caring for carpet, tile, and wood floors; removing trash and debris; landscaping and grounds upkeep; basic maintenance repairs; and promptly reporting repair needs or unsafe conditions. The role also requires flexibility to work varied schedules and to assist with additional tasks as needed.
Candidates must complete all Atria training programs and be capable of basic arithmetic with U.S. currency and measurements. They should be comfortable using hand and light power tools for maintenance and landscaping, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and following English-language safety instructions.
