  • Maintain documentation of all communications, contracts, RFIs, change orders, record plans, and submittals
  • Work on projects that transform communities and support client goals from concept to completion
  • Review and update plans and specifications, maintaining continuous communication with owners, contractors, and architects
  • Support senior staff in observing the quality and progress of construction to ensure compliance with contract documents and schedules
  • Create and maintain project schedules, organize job sites and field offices, and document projects via detailed reports and progress photos
  • Serve as a primary point of contact at project sites, assisting with on-site field administration, support, inspection, and technical management of construction operations
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers and communicate with abutters and concerned citizens to foster community engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem-solving and organizational skills
  • General knowledge of construction procurement, industry laws, regulations, and practices

  • OSHA 10-hour certification required
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
