- Maintain documentation of all communications, contracts, RFIs, change orders, record plans, and submittals
- Work on projects that transform communities and support client goals from concept to completion
- Review and update plans and specifications, maintaining continuous communication with owners, contractors, and architects
- Support senior staff in observing the quality and progress of construction to ensure compliance with contract documents and schedules
- Create and maintain project schedules, organize job sites and field offices, and document projects via detailed reports and progress photos
- Serve as a primary point of contact at project sites, assisting with on-site field administration, support, inspection, and technical management of construction operations
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers and communicate with abutters and concerned citizens to foster community engagement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- General knowledge of construction procurement, industry laws, regulations, and practices
- Minimum of 3 years of construction site management experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel
