Own the team bonus/commission calculation and tracking.
Prepare financial summaries/report packs and commentary that can be used with confidence in decision making with the business and wider Finance.
Respond to the business financial queries and close out issues in a timely manner.
Support MD and each country with their Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Budgeting and long term Business Planning to ensure alignment to overall Leasing objectives.
Oversee the monthly close and ensure adherence to policies and procedures: Revenue Recognition, Balance sheet reconciliations etc.
Drive process efficiencies between business and finance teams to seek out best practice.
Steer engagement with the Business Leads to assess and challenge: Client/Service performance, headcount positions, client wins/losses, revenue pipelines, debt levels, risks & opportunities, etc.
Building clear and concise presentation decks, charts, comments and actionable insights
Enhance reporting landscape and management information packs.
Inform business cases and appraise new investment decisions.

Experience of driving and leading change: process redesign, systems implementation, outsourcing etc
Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CA).
Strong drive for continuous improvement and keen interest in automation/AI etc
Confidence in building pricing and forecasting models and ad-hoc data analysis projects
Previous experience desirable: Real Estate Brokerage, Professional Svs or Facilities Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience dealing with MDs.
