Administrative Support Representative-Detailing Department

Description

• Coordinate with Project Managers to set up project areas
• Create detailing folders & upload plans/specs
• Prepare tech docs, pre-tech docs, submittal packages

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficient
• Detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Two years administrative office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
