- Compliance & Regulation - Ensure adherence to city, state, and federal requirements across HR, payroll, licensing, and accounting functions. Partner with our CPA on tax and reporting obligations.
- Office & Executive Support - Maintain organized filing systems, manage mail and vendor data, order supplies, arrange travel, and provide direct executive assistance to the CEO as needed.
- Human Resources - Manage core HR functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, E-Verify, and workers' compensation. Maintain complete and confidential employee files.
- Finance Support - Work closely with leadership and the accounting team to support insurance audits, loan applications, and other financial workflows.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or professional services industries.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, Slack, and related tools.
