Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize scheduling and maximize efficiency.
Support safety initiatives and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
Perform scheduled maintenance on a variety of door equipment, including automatic doors, entrance doors, handles, and closers.
Diagnose faulty equipment and determine the cause of malfunctions.
Travel throughout your assigned coverage area and drive safely between job sites.
Ensure safe use of tools and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Troubleshoot and repair automatic door systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Complete work orders using computer-based systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
AAADM certification preferred (ANSI 156.10 and 156.19 standards).
2–8 years in the automatic door industry preferred
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, perform basic math, and use a tape measure.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; troubleshooting experience.
