Verifies conformance to specifications utilizing measuring devices to calibrate tools and verifying performance to Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP).
Fills tools with hydraulic fluid and bleeds air from system; tests for function of hydraulic circuit by operating tool.
Maintains all necessary records and reports including serialization of tools and components.
Maintains clean and organized workstation at all times. Observes all quality requirements, work standards, and safe work practices.
Conduct initial assessment of the tool to give Customer Service the information to provide to the Customer.
Performs repair removal and assembly of new mechanical or hydraulic components by utilizing work order routing, product drawing, and/or QCIP to guide proper methods for repair.
Fastens components together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners utilizing hand tools.

3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, mechanical drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Reasonable understanding of hydraulic devices and functions including check balls and springs, sealing surfaces, pressure valves, flow characteristics, flow distribution, drag, effects of air on performance and conformance to specification, cavitation, high- and low-pressure circuits, seals, etc.
Strong aptitude for adherence to standards, safety and quality workmanship
