- Oversee day-to-day electrical field operations across one or more active sites.
- Collaborate with project management and site leadership from pre-construction through final commissioning.
- Coordinate subcontractors, personnel, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Lead safety briefings, inspections, enforce site protocols, and maintain a zero-incident culture.
- Ensure all electrical work is compliant with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.

- Proven track record on large-scale, mission-critical projects (data centers, power, industrial).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills across trades and stakeholders.
- Must hold an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
