Levco Management is currently hiring a Leasing Specialist for an apartment community located in Hampton, VA. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
- Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
- At least 1-year experience in the apartment management industry.
- Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
