- Assurer une planification et une mobilisation efficace des équipes selon les exigences des projets tout en favorisant le développement professionnel continu des membres de l’équipe;
- Coordonner les activités du département Structures maritimes n respectant la portée, le calendrier, le budget et les procédures du projet, afin d’en assurer le succès. Une attention particulière est portée au développement d’une sous-discipline dédiée à l’administration des contrats et à la gestion de projet;
- Entretenir des relations étroites avec les clients, notamment par le biais de présentations techniques et commerciales;
- Contribuer à la préparation des devis et des propositions de projets, ou coordonner les ressources nécessaires à cette fin, et approuver les devis liés à l’ingénierie des structures maritimes;

- Participer au recrutement de nouveaux talents, contribuer à l’évaluation et à la gestion de la performance, et soutenir les initiatives de formation et de perfectionnement;
- Optimiser les méthodes, procédures et outils existants, en mettant en œuvre des améliorations concrètes pour renforcer l’efficacité opérationnelle;
- Un milieu de vie stimulant où l’équilibre vie personnelle et vie professionnelle est important;
- Possède au moins 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en ingénierie civil dont au moins 5 ans dans des projets liés aux infrastructures portuaires et maritimes;
- L’opportunité de travailler sur des projets variés et d’envergure autant à l’interne qu’à l’externe;
- Détient un baccalauréat en génie civil ou l’équivalent;
- Est membre en règle de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
- Fait preuve de leadership, est en mesure de mentorer et guider les ingénieurs juniors/CPI;
- Offrir du mentorat, du soutien et des conseils techniques aux ingénieurs en structures maritimes, afin de garantir la qualité et la conformité technique des livrables d’ingénierie;
- Est en mesure de communiquer en français et en anglais (Oral et écrit)*
