- Préparer les bons de commande et les envoyer aux gestionnaires et fournisseurs. Recevoir les bons de commande afin d’accorder le paiement exact des travaux complétés.
- Aider le gestionnaire immobilier à analyser les écarts budgétaires. Préparer les prévisions mensuelles des dépenses et les budgets annuels de fonctionnement et d’immobilisations.
- Savoir analyser et résoudre des problèmes.
- Préparer des résumés mensuels des dépenses avec détails à l’appui et corriger les erreurs ou incohérences qui se trouvent dans les dépenses du grand livre général.
- Établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec les clients et les fournisseurs de service.
- Gérer et surveiller les contrats de service, y compris évaluer minutieusement le rendement des fournisseurs.
- Évaluer les bons de travail demandés afin de décider si elles sont facturables ou non.
