- Implement and oversee quality control processes and conduct technical audits to ensure high standards.

- Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment
- Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- Familiarity with NYDOT design standards preferred
- Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
- Prior staff management preferred
