- Complete all write offs ensuring that nessary DOA’s have been adhered too
- Uploading Invoices on to portals
- Reporting- Aged debt, cash flow forecasting, bad debt provision and GL reconciliations
- Query management to be completed via phone, email or face to face.
- Process all client refunds
- Investigate all unidentified cash postings and ensure they are posted to the correct client account in a timely manner
- Ensure cross functional support with Credit Control team when required
- To work collaboratively with all colleagues & Stakeholders
- Ensure all cash postings have been processed daily and all the necessary account reconciliations are up to date and complete
- Raise client invoices and credit notes with D365
