Advised LSE and the Universities of Birmingham and Essex on the delivery of c 3,500 new student beds in 2021.
Advised Equitix and Equans as the successful bidder on the Kingston University student accommodation project.
Advising the Ministry of Justice in respect of its portfolio of PFI prisons and its framework for procurement of prison operation contracts, including prison expansion, handback and expiry.
Advising the FM Contractor on the recent Velindre Cancer Centre Welsh MIM scheme.
Advised the University of Sussex on its procurement of 1,900 beds of student accommodation on their Falmer campus (West Slope) in partnership with Balfour Beatty.
Advising the lenders on the first two education projects to reach financial close under the Welsh Education Partnership.
